THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ST. MARY'S COUNTY MAY
APPROPRIATE PUBLIC FUNDS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND
PRESERVATION OF A NAVAL AIR TEST AND EVALUATION MUSEUM
FOR THE [[EXCLUSIVE]] USE OF THE NAVAL AIR TEST AND
EVALUATION MUSEUM ASSOCIATION, INC. OR THEIR DESIGNATED
REPRESENTATIVES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County — Classified Service System

FOR the purpose of [[eliminating the requirement]]
requiring that minimum salary scales in St. Mary's
County be [[equal to]] not less than the State
minimum; providing that the County Commissioners
determine certain natters relating to the classified
service system; and relating generally to the
classified service system in St. Mary's County.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 10(2), 14(c) and 15(a) of the
Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County being Article 19
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1965
Edition and 1974 Supplement, as amended) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
