FOR the purpose of providing that each of the County
Executives of Montgomery and Prince George's
Counties may, with the approval of his County
Council, remove any member of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission serving from his
County; that hearings be held thereon unless waived
by the member involved; and that a member currently
serving in office be excepted during his term.

SECTION 1. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE GENERAL
ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That Section 1-1(c) of the Code of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District (1969 Edition,
as amended), being also Section 86—1—1(c) of Article 16
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Montgomery County
(1972 Edition and 1973' Supplement, as amended), being
also Section 83-57[[(a)]] (c) of Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963
Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted with amendments to read as
follows:
