AN ACT concerning

Maryland - National Capital Park and Planning

Commission - Advance Land Acquisition

MC 79-75

FOR the purpose of providing for the use of land
acquisition revolving funds to acquire rights-of-way
for secondary streets or roads in Montgomery County.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Chapter 780 of the Acts of the General Assembly

of 1959

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 61 (a) of Chapter 780 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of 1959 being also, Section 85—61

(a) of the Public Local Laws of Montgomery County being
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland

(1972 Edition and 1973 Supplement, as amended) being
also, Section 59-66 (a) the Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County being Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement,
as amended by Chapter 728 of the Acts of 1971)[[.]], be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows;
