12. Merit System

(e) Members of the Board shall receive a per diem
compensation of [thirty—five dollars ($35.00)] $50 for
every day engaged in the business of the Board and all
members of the Board shall be reimbursed for their actual
expenses incurred in carrying out their duties. THE
TOTAL IN ANY ONE FISCAL YEAR MAY NOT EXCEED $2400.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Fee Charging Employment Agencies — Commissioner of

Labor Powers

FOR the purpose of providing the Commissioner of Labor
and Industry or his designated representative with
powers to administer oaths, take depositions of
witnesses, issue subpoenas and compel attendance of
witnesses and production of papers in the
performance of any duty or execution of any power
pertaining to Fee Charging Employment Agencies.
