SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND That Section 12(e) of Chapter 780 of the Laws of
Maryland, 1959, as amended, being also Section 85—12(e)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Montgomery County
being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, (1972 Edition), being also Section 59-12(e) for
the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, (1963 Edition and 1967 Supp.), be and is hereby
repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as
