AN ACT concerning

Maryland — National Capital Park and Planning
Commission — Relocation Payments and Advisory Services

FOR the purpose of providing for relocation payments and
advisory services to certain persons, families, farm
operators, business concerns or nonprofit
organizations displaced as a result of acquisition
of private property by condemnation for the purposes
specified regarding the Maryland—National Capital
Park and Planning Commission.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 30A of Chapter 780 of the Laws
of Maryland, of 1959, as amended, being also Section
85-30A of the Public Local Laws of Montgomery County
being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1972 Edition, as amended) , being also Section
59—35A of the Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended)
be and they are hereby added to read as follows:
