quantities do not exceed those mentioned. A box—type
magazine shall be constructed of 2 inch hardwood or [it]
ITS equivalent. Bach metal magazine shall be lined with
nonsparking material. No magazine may be placed in a
building containing oil, grease, gasoline, waste paper,
or other highly flammable material, nor may it be placed
less than 20 feet from a stove, furnace, open fire, or
flame.

8-726.

(a) A person may not throw, dump, deposit, or cause
to be thrown, dumped, or [deposit] DEPOSITED any trash,
junk, or other refuse on any waters of the State.

8-806.

(c) If a State [—] political subdivision, acting
within its authority and responsibility, holds, or is
required to hold, public hearings on matters subject to
any permit the Department issues under this section, the
State (—] political subdivision and the Department may
hold a joint hearing. However, interested units and the
public shall be notified that it is also a Department
hearing for the purpose of obtaining a Department permit.
At a joint public hearing, the applicant and any
interested person shall be given an opportunity to
present facts, evidence, and arguments for or against
granting the application.

8-1212.

(a)    Amy lien created in favor of a county or
governmental unit pursuant to this subtitle is effective
against the person AGAINST whose property the lien
exists. However, the lien is not effective against any
third party unless written notice of the lien is recorded
and indexed in a permanent record maintained in the
office of the clerk of the circuit court in each county
in which the property subject to the lien or any part of
it is located.

8-1404.

(b)    The Departments of Health and Mental Hygiene
and Natural Resources shall submit a joint [-] annual
report to the Governor and General Assembly not later
than June 1, in each year, which summarizes the water
pollution control program for the state. The report
shall include:

(1) The status of comprehensive county water supply
and sewerage plans developed in compliance with Article
43, § 387C of the Code;
