SECTION [[3]] 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws — Driving While Impaired

FOR the purpose of making unlawful certain acts
concerning controlling a vehicle while under the
influence of certain substances, revising the
provisions concerning suspension and revocation of
licenses to reflect this change, revising the
initial point system to reflect this change,
prescribing a penalty for operating a vehicle while
under the influence of certain substances, and
making certain cross—references.
