(1) In Garrett County (1) the State's Attorney's
salary is [seven thousand dollars ($7,000)] $7,000, (2)
The State's Attorney's allowance for postage, office and
travel expenses is a minimum of [six thousand dollars
($6,000), and a maximum of ten thousand dollars
($10,000), provided however that] $6,000. HOWEVER, any
amount in excess of [six thousand dollars ($6,000)]
$6,000 shall be at the discretion of the Board of County
Commissioners. (3) The State's Attorney may appoint an
assistant State's attorney to serve at the pleasure of
the State's Attorney. The assistant State's attorney's
salary is [five thousand dollars ($5,000) per annum]
$5,000 A YEAR.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Sale of Real Property
FOR the purpose of providing that fees paid to a licensed
real estate broker retained by a personal
representative may not be deducted from the
commissions allowed to the personal representative
by the court; and adding numbering as appropriate.
