In the grant or denial of loans under this [article]
SUBTITLE no licensee shall discriminate between borrowers
or loan applicants, if the only basis for the
discrimination is race, color, creed, national origin,
sex, or marital status.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Law and Attorneys in Fact, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be
and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
