NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS
ARTICLE, RACING MAY BE CONDUCTED AT ANY LICENSED

RACETRACK IN WORCESTER COUNTY ON SUNDAY, WITH THE
APPROVAL OF THE RACING COMMISSION AND OF THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
Approved County Plans

FOR the purpose of requiring actions of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission to conform to adopted
and approved County plans, programs and policies of

and Montgomery Counties]] body of Prince George's
County.
