[Ch. 389

shall immediately after the first day of January in each
year, give a second notice, published as [aforesaid]
PROVIDED BY THIS SUBSECTION, notifying the public
generally that all taxes which are not paid on or before
the first day of February next succeeding the date of
[such] THE notice, will be collected by advertisement and
sale, as provided for by law. Each of the [said]
newspapers [sol designated [as aforesaid] shall be
allowed the sua of ten dollars per annum for publishing
[the] THESE two [aforesaid] notices.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 26A of Article 10 - Attorneys at
Law and Attorneys in Fact, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 197 4 Supplement) be
and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
