every owner who is an individual; (ii) an officer or
authorized agent of the owner, if the owner is a
corporation; (iii) a partner or joint enterpriser, if the
owner is a partnership or joint enterprise; (iv) an
officer or authorized agent, or a trustee, if the owner
is an unincorporated association or joint stock company
as contemplated in [§138 of Article 23] §6-406 OF THE
COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS ARTICLE OF THE CODE, or a
trust; and

5. Further information as reasonably required by
the Department to enable it to determine if the owner is
entitled to a certificate of title.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
