PROPERTY, RIGHTS, AND LIABILITIES OF AN UNINCORPORATED
ASSOCIATION, JOINT STOCK COMPANY, OR OTHER GROUP WHICH
HAS A RECOGNIZED GROUP NAME, A MONEY JUDGMENT AGAINST THE
GROUP IS ENFORCEABLE ONLY AGAINST THE ASSETS OF THE GROUP
AS AN ENTITY, BUT NOT AGAINST THE ASSETS OF ANY MEMBER.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
3-104(a) of Article 66 1/2 - Vehicle Laws, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement and 1974
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

3-104.

(a) The owner of every vehicle for which a
certificate of title is required hereunder shall apply to
the Department for the issuance of a certificate of title
for the vehicle upon the appropriate form or forms
furnished or prescribed by the Department. The
application shall contain:

1.     The name in full and the bona fide address of
the owner, including (i) if the owner is an individual,
the owner's bona fide residence and mail addresses; (ii)
if the owner is a business firm or an association or
corporation, its business address in this State or the
name and address of a resident agent in this State; (iii)
if the owner is a partnership or joint enterprise, the
correct names of the partners or joint enterprisers; (iv)
if the owner is an unincorporated association or joint
stock company as contemplated in [§ 138 of Article 23]
§6-406 OF THE COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS ARTICLE OF
THE CODE, the designation of the name and address of a
resident agent upon whom service may be made in any law
suit arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of
the vehicle; (v) if the owner is a trustee, the address
of the trust in this State and the name and address of a
person in this State upon whom service may be made in any
law suit arising out of the ownership, maintenance or
use of the vehicle;

2.    A description of the vehicle including, so far
as the following data exist: its make, model, year,
identifying number, type of body, the number of
cylinders, and any other information required by the
Department;

3.    A statement of the applicant's title to and of
all security interests, liens, or encumbrances upon the
vehicle and the names and addresses of all persons having
any interest therein and the nature of the interest;

4.    The signature, written in pen and ink, of (i)
