(2) In addition, the lienor shall send
notice by registered or certified mail at least 30 days
before the sale to the owner of the livestock at his last
known address. If the [[owners's]] owner's address is
unknown, the notice may be given by posting it on the
door of the courthouse OR ON A BULLETIN BOARD IN THE
IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THE DOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE of the
county where the livestock is located.

(a) (1) A qualified veterinarian, as defined in
the Agriculture Article, who gives care or custody to any
animal or who performs medical or other services
necessary and incidental to his profession to any animal
in his care or custody, may notify the owner after the
animal is ready for delivery that it is ready.
(2) Notice may be given in person or by
registered or certified mail or, if the owner's address
is unknown, by posting the notice for 30 days on the door
of the courthouse OR ON A BULLETIN BOARD IN THE IMMEDIATE
VICINITY OF THE COURTHOUSE of the county where the animal
is located.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
11—502(b) of Article — Courts and Judicial Proceedings,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1974
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

(b) In the case of a sale of an interest in
property, the notice shall be posted on the courthouse
door OR ON A BULLETIN BOARD IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF
THE DOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE and printed in a newspaper,
published in the county where the property is located at
least:
(1) Ten days before the sale of personal property;
or
(2) 20 days before the sale of real property.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
