AN ACT concerning

Public Assistance Programs

FOR the purpose of eliminating programs of Old Age
Assistance and Public Assistance to the Needy Blind;
providing that rights of recovery formerly granted
under such programs shall not be cancelled or
diminished; establishing programs of Public
Assistance to adults, general public assistance and
food stamps; clarifying language; renumbering a
section; and relating generally to certain State
public assistance programs.
