SECTION [[3.]]2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Sex Discrimination

FOR the purpose of removing references to gender in the
criminal law and laws relating to firefighters,
mental hygiene, mental retardation, [[the militia,]]
seamen, the State Police retirement and pension
system, and natural resources; correcting, and
clarifying certain language; and relating generally
to references to gender and sex discrimination.
