instructional space for the Division of Social
Sciences in the construction of the library.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Chapter 195 of the Acts of 1973
Section 5(P)(2)(f)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the provisions of Section 10 of Chapter
195 of the Acts of 1973, be and they are hereby waived,
insofar as they impose a time for placing under contract
the item in Section 5(P)(2)(f) of Chapter 195 of the Acts
of 1973, and found on page 309 of the Acts of 1973,
making available $6,761,500 for the State Colleges, for
construction of a library, for Bowie State College. With
the waiver of this provision as applied to this item,
there shall be allowed an additional period of two years
beginning on the effective date of this Act, for placing
this project under contract. If the project has not been
placed under contract within a period of two years,
beginning on the effective date of this Act, it shall be
deemed to have been abandoned and the other provisions of
Section 10 of Chapter 195 of the Acts of 1973 shall be
fully effective as to such project.

SECTION 2. AND   BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section

5(P) (2) (f) of Chapter   195 of the Acts of 1973, be and it

is hereby repealed     and re—enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
