BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

The Public Local Laws of Calvert County
Section 175(b)

Article 5 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1970 Supplement, as
amended by Chapter 594 of the Acts of 1973)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 175(b) of the Public Local Laws of
Calvert County being Article 5 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition and 1970 Supplement,
as amended by Chapter 594 of the Acts of 1973) be and it
is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

Article 5

175.

(b) The County Commissioners shall appropriate
annually NOT LESS THAN [the sum of two thousand dollars
($2,000) ] $5,000 to the Fair Board of Calvert County with
the sum to be distributed on a semi—annual basis.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
