EVERY SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION HAS THE POWERS UNDER
AND IS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE AND
ARTICLE 23 OF THE CODE.

SUBTITLE 3. CREDIT UNIONS.

6-301. DEFINITIONS.

(A)   IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE
MEANINGS INDICATED.

(B)   COMMISSIONER.

(D)   RURAL COMMUNITY.

INDIVIDUALS.
