THE ADULT MEMBERS OF A CHURCH MAY FORM A RELIGIOUS
CORPORATION AS PROVIDED IN THIS SUBTITLE.

The word "adult" is used as defined in Art. 1,
§24(b)(1). The word "church" is defined in
§5-301 (b).

(B) ELECTION OF TRUSTEES AND PREPARATION OF PLAN.

THE MEMBERS SHALL:

(1)       ELECT AT LEAST FOUR INDIVIDUALS TO ACT AS
TRUSTEES IN THE NAME OF AND ON BEHALF OF THE CHURCH; AND

(2)       PREPARE A PLAN OF THE CHURCH.

The words "sober and discreet," which modified
the persons eligible to be trustees in present
Art. 23, §256, are deleted as unnecessary.

(C) CONTENTS OF PLAN.

THE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE:

(1)   THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE RELIGIOUS
CORPORATION IS FORMED;

(2)   THE NAME OF THE RELIGIOUS CORPORATION AND
THE CHURCH;

(3)    THE TIME AND MANNER FOR ELECTION AND
SUCCESSION OF TRUSTEES; AND

(4)   THE EXACT QUALIFICATIONS OF INDIVIDUALS
ELIGIBLE:

(I)   TO VOTE AT ELECTIONS; AND

(II)  TO BE ELECTED TO OFFICE.
