PAYABLE TO HIM IN THE FUTURE, OR IN THE MANNER PROVIDED
IN SECTION 15(F) OF THIS ARTICLE FOR THE COLLECTION OF
PAST-DUE CONTRIBUTIONS. [and such] THE person shall ALSO
be disqualified from the receipt of benefits PAYABLE TO
HIM for the period of one year from the date on which the
determination is wade that an improper claim was filed
involving such false statement or representation or
failure to disclose a material fact. [and thereafter
except as provided herein while any sua payable to the
Executive Director for the fund under this subsection is
still due and unpaid. Provided that after the expiration
of five years following the date of the offense, or one
year after the expiration of the one—year
disqualification imposed under this subsection, whichever
occurs later, a claimant may qualify for benefits from
which the repayment due the Executive Director and unpaid
shall be fully recovered.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Department of Agriculture — Pesticide and Pest Control
Plant [[Disease]] Pest Control

FOR the purpose of defining "broker" [[and]] , "plant
pest" and "nursery" in the Plant Pest Control Law;
clarifying the duties of the Secretary of
Agriculture [[and providing for the establishment of
a "plant protection fund," permitting up to a
certain amount to accrue into this fund]]; providing
for the establishment of a "plant protection fund"
clarifying provisions relating to aircraft
dissemination concerning plant infestation or
infection; making it unlawful to deny access to the
Secretary for inspection of certain places or
things; authorizing the Secretary to issue stop sale
notices under certain circumstances; requiring a
certain fee per acre up to a certain maximum for
inspection of nurseries; providing for certification
of nurseries and requiring a certain annual fee;
requiring licenses of brokers and dealers with a
certain annual fee, and a certain annual inspection
