(D)    AT THE TIME APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OR
RENEWAL IS MADE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION, THE
APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT ACCEPTABLE EVIDENCE OF A SURETY
BOND IN A FORM AND WITH A SURETY APPROVED BY THE
ADMINISTRATOR AND IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE TOTAL ANNUAL
FEES REQUIRED FOR ALL VEHICLES REGISTERED TO THE
APPLICANT.

(E)    THE ADMINISTRATOR MAY ADOPT RULES AND
REGULATIONS NECESSARY FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND
ENFORCEMENT OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

State Agencies — Parking violations

FOR the purpose of providing that certain State agencies
may regulate the parking of motor vehicles in the
same manner as political subdivisions and
municipalities; providing for payment and
disposition of fines and costs; providing for
notification of an election to stand trial for a
parking offense; correcting certain language;
generally relating to the regulation of parking of
motor vehicles by agencies of State government; and
providing that this Act is an emergency measure.
