Code, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement
Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 33 — Election Code

4-1.

(c) No person shall be a candidate for nomination
[[OR ELECTION]] for lore than one office in any primary
[[or]] ELECTION, NOR SHALL A PERSON BE A CANDIDATE FOR
ELECTION TO MORE THAN ONE OFFICE IN ANY general election.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Patuxent Institution — Board of Patuxent Institution

FOR the purpose of combining the Board of Patuxent
Institution and the Advisory Board for Defective
Delinquents into one board to be known as the Board
of Patuxent Institution; providing its duties,
powers, and membership; providing for removal of
members and the filling of vacancies; enlarging the
powers of the Director of Patuxent Institution;
correcting language; and generally relating to the
Board of Patuxent Institution.
