SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 120(c) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed [[and re—enacted, with amendments, to
read]] as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

120.

[[(c) It [shall be] IS unlawful for any licensee
under this article to keep or maintain any bawdy house
upon the licensed premises or in connection [therewith]
WITH IT, nor [shall] MAY any licensee have or operate any
room or rooms for the purposes of [women,] [[ILLICIT
SEXUAL ACTIVITIES]] [[PROSTITUTION, LEWDNESS OR
ASSIGNATION]] ILLICIT SEXUAL ACTIVITIES or in which any
person [shall be] IS served alcoholic beverages, except
the main room for which [said] THE license is issued, or
premises described in the application.]]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
