Section 4 (c)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 4(c) through (j) of Chapter 458
of the Laws of Maryland of 1968, as amended by Chapter
414 of the Laws of Maryland of 1970, be and they are
hereby renumbered to be Sections 4(d) through (k).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 4(c) be and it is hereby added to Chapter 458 of
the Laws of Maryland of 1968, as amended by Chapter 414
of the Laws of Maryland of 1970, to read as follows:

(C) TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPICTION OR REPRODUCTION OF
THE FLAG OF MARYLAND OR THE GREAT SEAL OF MARYLAND IN
FURTHERANCE OF THE STATUTORY PURPOSES OF THE COMMISSION.
ANY DEPICTIONS AND REPRODUCTIONS AUTHORIZED BY THE
COMMISSION SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM ARTICLE 27, SECTION 82 OF
THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND PROVIDED THEY CONFORM TO
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUTHORIZATION GRANTED.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
