(d) The permit is valid for the license year for
which it is issued, unless revoked or suspended. The
permit is renewable each year upon filing an application
and payment of the prescribed fee.
(e) Permits are not assignable or transferrable TO
ANOTHER OWNER. BUT MAY BE TRANSFERRED FROM ONE FARM MILK
TANK TRUCK (MOBILE RECEIVING STATION) TO ANOTHER MOBILE
UNIT OF THE SAME CAPACITY CATEGORY DURING EACH LICENSED
YEAR.
(f) The holder of a permit shall be responsible
for every record pertaining to the weights, measures, and
tests which are used as a basis for payment of milk or
other fluid dairy products.
11-405.
(a) Every permit holder who [purchases or
receives] IS A PURCHASER OR HAULER OF milk or other fluid
dairy products [on the basis of its weight, measure
sample or test] AND IS INVOLVED IN THE DETERMINATION OF
HEIGHT OR MEASUREMENT OR THE COLLECTION, TRANSPORTING OR
TESTING OF SAMPLES shall have these operations performed
only by individuals licensed by the Secretary.
(b) Any individual [desiring] REQUIRED to obtain a
license to weigh, measure, sample, or test milk or other
fluid dairy products shall apply to the Secretary and pay
an application fee. If the applicant satisfactorily
passes an appropriate examination conducted by the
Secretary, he shall be entitled to receive the kind of
license for which he qualifies upon the payment of a fee.
(c) Every license is valid for the license year
for which it is issued unless revoked or suspended. Each
license may be renewed annually without examination upon
application and payment of a renewal fee.

The Secretary may revoke or suspend any permit or
license issued under the provisions of this subtitle upon
satisfactory proof that the permit or license holder has
