FOR the purpose of defining "Hauler" in the Milk and
Other Fluid Dairy Products Law; requiring certain
permits for the storing and transporting of milk and
other fluid dairy products; clarifying the type of
vehicles required to have permits; requiring that
certain operations be done by licensed individuals;
clarifying certain powers of the Secretary;
requiring certain statements to be provided;
prohibiting certain acts relative to tests and
samples of milk and other fluid dairy products, and
generally amending the law relating to milk and
other fluid dairy products.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 11-401(c) through (g) of Article
— Agriculture, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974
Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they are hereby
renumbered to be Sections 11-401(d) through (h).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 11—401(c) be and it is hereby added to Article —
Agriculture, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974
Volume and 1974 Supplement) to read as follows:
