AN ACT concerning

Wicomico County — State's Attorney

FOR the purpose of eliminating the limit on office
expenses of the State's Attorney for Wicomico
County; authorizing that State's Attorney, under
certain conditions, to appoint a deputy and
assistant State's Attorneys; specifying minimum
salaries for deputy and assistant State's Attorneys;
specifying the authority of the deputy and assistant
State's Attorneys; and placing certain restrictions
on the practice of law by assistant State's
Attorneys.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,
