Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Sections 13(c-1), 14(b-1), 15(c-1) and

16(c—1) be and they are hereby added to Article 2B —
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) to read as
follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

13.

(C-1) BALTIMORE CITY - IN BALTIMORE CITY, THE ANNUAL
LICENSE FEE SHALL BE $100.

14.

(B-1) BALTIMORE CITY - IN BALTIMORE CITY, THE ANNUAL
LICENSE FEE SHALL BE $150.

15.

(C-1) BALTIMORE CITY - IN BALTIMORE CITY, THE ANNUAL
LICENSE FEE SHALL BE $75.

16.

(C-1) BALTIMORE CITY - IN BALTIMORE CITY, THE ANNUAL
LICENSE FEE SHALL BE $150.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
