Section 1-301(c)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 1-301(c) of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

1-301.

(c) "Proposed state action" means requests for
legislative appropriations or other legislative actions
that will alter the quality of the air, land, or water
resources. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE A REQUEST FOR AN
APPROPRIATION OR OTHER ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE
REHABILITATION OR MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING [[RURAL]]
SECONDARY ROADS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

(Senate Bill 425)

AN ACT concerning

Motor Vehicles — Mobile Cranes

FOR the purpose of including mobile cranes within the
meaning of special mobile equipment; and requiring
that persons driving or operating mobile cranes on a
highway to have a drivers' license [[and providing
that persons operating these cranes are exempt from
the requirement of having a drivers' license]].

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Article 66 1/2 — Vehicle Laws

Section 1-187 [[and 6-102(c)]] and 6-102(c)
