Section 2-108(o)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(As enacted by Chapter 11 of the 1974 Regular
Session of the General Assembly)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 2—108(o) of Article — Estates and
Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by
Chapter 11 of the 1974 Regular Session of the General
Assembly) be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

2-108.
(o) Each judge of the court for Howard County
shall receive an annual compensation of [$1,200] $2,000
to be paid monthly. Each judge shall also receive an
expense allowance, in addition, up to $50 per month, for
personal expenses incidental to his duties, to be paid by
the treasurer of Howard County each month upon
presentation of an itemized voucher.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of this Act shall not be construed to extend
or apply to the salary of the Judge of the Orphan's Court
in office on the effective date of this Act, but the
provisions of this Act concerning the salary of the Judge
of the Orphan's Court shall take effect at the beginning
of the next following term of office.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
