nonalcoholic beverages until the provisions of §§ 162—174
have been complied with and a new license issued. The
Department may revoke such license or registration until
there is a compliance with such conditions as [to] it may
prescribe.

169.

Any licensee or registrant who feels aggrieved by
the Department may appeal from the decision within ten
days by writ of certiorari to the circuit court for the
county in which the licensee or registrant resides, or
[the] TO the Baltimore City Court, if the licensee or
registrant resides in Baltimore City or out of the State
of Maryland, and issue shall be framed in the court and a
trial had, and its decision shall be final.

270B.

(f) As used in this section,

(1)  "Hemodialysis" means regular treatment by a
kidney machine for persons who have permanently lost the
function of their kidneys.

(2)  "Home hemodialysis patient" means a person who
has been taught with another individual personally
committed to that patient's treatment in a home dialysis
training facility to provide his own hemodialysis [treat]
TREATMENT at home.

(3)  Hemodialysis drugs and devices include:
(i) Dialystate

(ii) Heparin

(iii) Sterile sodium chloride, 0.9%

(iv) Local anesthetics as approved by the Board of
Pharmacy

(v) Needles
(vi) Syringes

(vii) Dialyzers, delivery systems and their
accessory equipment.

483.

The Board of Podiatry Examiners, for the purpose of
examining applicants under this subtitle for a license to
practice podiatry in this State, shall hold two meetings
