PER DIEM BASIS FOR OPERATIONAL COSTS TO MONTGOMERY COUNTY
FOR PROVIDING THE COMMUNITY CORRECTIONAL SERVICES, AS
DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION, TO OFFENDERS SENTENCED TO THE
STATE DIVISION OF CORRECTIONS AND INCARCERATED IN THE
MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION AND
REHABILITATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

FOR the purpose of enlarging the membership of the board
of county commissioners for Frederick County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 2—3 of the Public Local Laws of
Frederick County being Article 11 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1959 Edition, as amended by
Chapter 603 of the Acts of 1967) be and it is hereby
repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
