III; or any equivalent combination of education and
experience.

(60)   Maintenance Mechanic

Graduation from a recognized high school,
three (3) years of experience (as a journeyman carpenter)
in building maintenance, or any equivalent combination of
education and experience.

(61)   Trades Helper

Completion of a standard grade school course
and preferably one (1) year of experience as a helper to
a skilled tradesman; or completion; of a standard trade
school or high school course; or any equivalent
combination of education and experience.

(6 2) Sign Painter

Experience in general maintenance and painting
work, including some experience in sign painting and silk
screen painting, preferably including some experience in
traffic and sign maintenance work and completion of
grammar school; and preferably completion of trade
school; or any equivalent combination of education and
experience.

(63)   Automotive Mechanic

. Completion of a standard high or trade school
course, preferably some experience as a journeyman
automotive mechanic and three (3) years experience as a
Trades Helper in a repair shop; or any equivalent
combination of experience and training.

(64)   Senior Automotive Mechanic

Graduation from a recognized high school or
its equivalent, plus completion of fully qualifying
training and five (5) years of diversified experience as
a truck or heavy equipment mechanic. Experience may be
substituted for high school graduation.

(65)   Utilityman I

Preferably completion of a standard grade
school course and some experience in heavy manual labor;
preferably possession of a driver's license; or any
combination of education and experience.
