(104) Recreation Center Coordinator
Graduation from a recognized college or
university preferably with a major in recreation or a
related field, plus one (1) year experience as a
recreational leader, recreation center director or
supervisory responsibilities.
Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE COUNTY
COUNCIL OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that this Act shall
take effected sixty (60) days after its enactment.
This Bill, having been approved by the Executive and
returned to the the Council, stands enacted on June 14,
1973.

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments, Title 7,
"Courts," Subtitle 3, "Circuit Courts" Section
7.300, "Law Clerk"; "Appointment," of the Howard
County Code to establish a method of salary
determination of such office.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 7.300 of the Howard
County Code, be and the same is hereby repealed and
re—enacted with amendments to read as follows:
Section 7.300 - Law Clerk; Appointment; Compensation,
Duties
The Circuit Court for Howard County [shall] MAY
appoint [a] law [clerk] CLERKS to hold [his] office at
the Court's pleasure who shall receive a salary to be
established by the [Court of not less than three thousand
five hundred dollars ($3,500.00), nor more than five
thousand dollars ($5,000.00)] COUNTY EXECUTIVE IN THE
ANNUAL BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF HOWARD
COUNTY which shall be paid by the County. [The law clerk]
LAW CLERKS shall perform such duties as may be prescribed
by said Court, including those duties performed by a
bailiff of said Court, and shall work under the
supervision and direction of the judges of said Court.
Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE COUNTY
