SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the 1952
Comprehensive Zoning Maps and the "1952 Zoning
Ordinance", as set forth in Sections 13—301 through
13—360, inclusive, of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and
Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning Regulations", formerly
codified as Chapter 35 of the said Code (19 57 Edition and
Supplements, as added or amended), be, and they are
hereby repealed to the extent that they affect the
southern portion of the Third Assessment District (in
addition to the First, Second, Seventh, Eighth and
northern portion of the Third Assessment Districts).
SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", as set forth in Sections
13—300 through 13—344.8,, inclusive, of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13,
"Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning Regulations",
shall become effective in the southern portion of the
Third Assessment District (in addition to the First,
Second, Seventh, Eighth and northern portion of the Third
Assessment Districts).
SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from the
date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 13-343.18 (2) of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements[[,
as amended by Bill No. 137-72)]]), Title 13,
"Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning
Regulations", Article XI, "Special Exceptions",
Heading "Other Special Exceptions", to eliminate a
special exception for the development of mobile home
parks on property served by a major septic system.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 13-343.18 (2)
of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements[[, as amended by Bill No. 137—72)]]), Title
13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning
Regulations", Article XI, "Special Exceptions", Heading,
"Other Special Exceptions", be, and it is hereby
repealed.
