SECTION 2.      AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this

Ordinance shall   take effect forty—five (45) days from the

date it becomes   law.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend the Capital Improvement
Budget and the Projects Bond Ordinance by increasing
the appropriation for the Stoney Run Interceptor
Project and decreasing the appropriation for the
Ridgeway Distribution System Project for the purpose
of completing construction of the Stoney Run
Interceptor — Phase II.

WHEREAS, the County Executive has requested the
County Council to authorize an interproject transfer
of appropriations between capital projects in the
capital budget in accordance with Section 711(b) of
the Charter of Anne Arundel County, Maryland; now,
therefore,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That the Capital
Improvement Budget be, and it is hereby amended by
transferring Twenty—Eight Thousand Dollars ($28,000.00)
to the Stoney Run Interceptor Project No. S55018 from the
Ridgeway Distribution System Project No. W05523.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT    FURTHER ENACTED, That the

Capital Projects Bond Ordinance    be, and it is hereby

amended in accordance with    the provisions of this
Ordinance.
