Subheading, "Other Special Exceptions", to follow
immediately after Section 13—343.2(f) thereof, to
provide for alcoholic beverage licenses by special
exception for country clubs, private clubs and
service organizations in RA — Agricultural
Residential Districts, R1, R2 and R5 — Residential
Districts; and matters generally related thereto.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 13-343.2(g)
be, and it is hereby added to the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning
and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations",
Article XI, Special Exceptions", to follow immediately
after Section 13—343.2(f) thereof, to read as follows:

Section 13-343.2

(G) SUCH USES SHALL BE PERMITTED IN RA -
AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, R1, R2 AND R5 -
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
13-303.1(B) IN CONJUNCTION WITH COUNTRY CLUBS, PRIVATE
CLUBS AND SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from the
date it becomes law, only to the extent that the
provisions thereof take effect in each tax assessment
district or portion thereof, when the comprehensive
zoning maps are adopted and become effective as to such
tax assessment district or portion thereof.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Sections 10-300, 10-301, 10-302, 10-303, 10-304, of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 10, "Fire Protection", Subtitle
3, "Volunteer Firemen's Service Award Program", as
enacted by Bill No. 57—73, and to repeal and
re—enact, with amendments, SECTION 2. of said Bill,
to include the 7th District Ambulance and Rescue
Squad, Inc. in the retirement program for certain
volunteer firemen, to provide for the severability
of this Ordinance, and matters generally related
thereto.
