COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(g) No special exception shall be granted for the
sale of alcoholic beverages in any building located
within one thousand feet (1,000') from entry to entry
from a church or school (the said one thousand feet is to
be measured from the front door or main entrance,
whichever is nearest the street abutting the premises, of
the proposed establishment along the nearest usual
pedestrian route to the door closest to the licensed
premises which is used as an entrance or exit to any
school, or to the main entrance of the church building).

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five days (45) from the
date it becomes law, only to the extent that the
provisions thereof take effect in each tax assessment
district or portion thereof, when the comprehensive
zoning maps are adopted and become effective as to such
tax assessment district or portion thereof.

Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article
I, "General Provisions and Definitions", Article IV,
"Commercial Districts", Heading, "C2 — Commercial
Office Districts", "C4 — Highway Commercial
Districts", Article XI, "Special Exceptions",
Heading, "Specific Standards", Subheading, "Other
Special Exceptions", respectively, to follow
immediately after Sections 13-300.2 (9) and (57),
13-312.2 (1), 13-314.2 (2A) , 13-325.2 (2) and (3)
and 13—343.17 thereof, respectively, to define
"burlesque houses or theatres" and "massage
parlors", to permit burlesque houses or theatres and
massage parlors as uses by special exception in C2 —
Commercial Office Districts, C3 — General Commercial
Districts and C4 — Highway Commercial Districts and
TC — Town Center Districts, subject to certain
conditions, and matters generally related thereto.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new Sections 13-300.2
(9A) and (57A) , 13-312.2 (1A) and (1B) , 13-314.2 (2B) and
