Be it Resolved that said Section be revised as follows:
28.1 Oath of Office

(b) Before Whom Taken and Subscribed

The Mayor [and Council] shall take and subscribe to
this oath or affirmation before the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of the County or before one of the sworn deputies
Of the Clerk. THE COUNCILMEN TAKING OR SUBSCRIBING TO
THE OATH SHALL EITHER DO SO BEFORE THE CLERK OF THE
CIRCUIT COURT OR A DEPUTY AS AFORESAID, OR BEFORE THE
MAYOR OF THE TOWN OF RIVERDALE. All Other persons taking
and subscribing to the oath shall do so before the Mayor
or one of the election judges, as the case may be.

RESOLUTION 73-R-12

WHEREAS the Supreme Court, by its decision of 1 man
— 1 vote, has required the Town of Riverdale to
redistrict its voting wards,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Section 63-5 be
re—enacted as follows:

63-5.1. Wards

There shall be six districts to be called wards
which on and after June 1, 1975, shall embrace the
properties described within the following bounds:
