Situated between old U. S. Route 40 and I 70 and
north of I 70 on the eastern boundary of the Town of
Hancock in Washington County, Maryland and located in
Election District #5 on Tax Map #17, and being more
particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the present boundary of the
Town of Hancock where the boundary line crosses Lashley
Road, said point being at the beginning of the third line
of Parcel No. 1 of a conveyance from Ethan L. Grove and
his wife to Genuine Parts Company dated June 6, 1972 and
recorded among the Land Records of Washington County,
