feet to a nail in the center of the bridge over Tonoloway
Creek, thence leaving the Highway and running along or
near the center of said Creek North 67 degrees 38 minutes
East 241.86 feet to intersect the West marginal line of
the right—of—way of Interstate Route No. 70, thence
leaving Creek and binding on said right—of—way North 34
degrees 33 minutes 06 seconds West 212.0 feet to a point,
and North 35 degrees 11 minutes 24 seconds West 83.88
feet to intersect the aforementioned eighth line, thence
with a portion thereof South 34 degrees 32 minutes West
224.68 feet to the place of beginning; containing 1.18
acres of land, more or less;
AND BEING the same two parcels which were conveyed
from Ethan L. Grove and Patricia Ann Grove, his wife, to
