CHARTER AMENDMENT
NO. 65-74-18
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume),
titled "Corporation—Municipal" to amend the Charter of
The Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing Section 91
entitled "Disorderly conduct; penalties" of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Dorchester County (1961 Edition),
said Code being Article 10 of the Public Local Laws of
Maryland, entitled "Dorchester County", subtitle
"Cambridge", by repealing Charter provisions pertaining
to disorderly conduct and the penalties therefor.
SECTION 1. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF
CAMBRIDGE that Section 91 of the Charter of said
municipal corporation, entitled "Disorderly conduct;
penalties", be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this
Resolution shall become effective on the 12th day of
March, 1974.

CHARTER AMENDMENT
A Resolution to repeal and re—enact with amendments.
Section 52 of Article II of the Town Charter of the Town
of Centreville (May 1965), Article II being sub-titled
"Salary" changing the salary of the Town Commissioners
from a per annum figure of three hundred ($300.00)
dollars to a figure of twelve ($12.00) dollars per
meeting.
SECTION 1: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF
THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE, MARYLAND, that Article II,
subtitled, "Salary", Section 52, be repealed and
