MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

entitled "Second Ward" and Subsection (e) entitled
"Fourth Ward" to reflect the change of boundaries in
those respective wards produced by annexation.

SECTION 1. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF
CAMBRIDGE that the Charter of said municipal corporation
be, and the same is hereby amended by repealing and
re-enacting, with amendments, Subsection (c) entitled
"Second Ward" and Subsection (e) entitled "Fourth Ward"
of Section 28 entitled "Boundaries of Wards" to read as
follows:

28. Boundaries of Wards

(c) Second Ward: Beginning for the outlines
of the same at the Southeast corner of High and Gay
Streets; (1) thence in a Southerly direction parallel to
Pine Street to a bounder planted in the middle of Muir
Street distant 483 feet in a Westward direction from the
West curb of Race Street; (2) thence in a line parallel
to Pine Street in a Southward direction 194.7 feet to a
bounder there planted; (3) thence in an Easterly
direction 348 feet to the Northwest corner of the
warehouse used by Feldmans and owned by Albanus Phillips,
said bounder being 134 feet from the West curb of Race
Street; (4) thence Southward parallel to Pine Street to a
bounder planted in the middle of Washington Street; (5)
thence with the middle of Washington Street in a Westward
direction 348 feet to a bounder there planted; (6) thence
parallel to Pine Street, at a distance of 150 feet from
the East side thereof, to the Southeast side of Bayly
Road; (7) [thence along the said Southeast side of Bayly
Road in a Southwesterly direction to the City Limit at
the intersection of Maces Lane and Bayly Road: (8) thence
along the City Limit North 16° 35' West 4515.1 feet to
the centerline intersection of Washington Street and
Leonards Lane:] THENCE ALONG AND WITH THE SOUTHEAST SIDE
OF BAYLY ROAD IN A SOUTHWEST DIRECTION TO THE
INTERSECTION OF BAYLY ROAD AND THE SOUTH SIDE OF MD. RTE.
16; (8) THENCE NORTH 11° 35' WEST 1,194 FEET; (9) THENCE
NORTH 7° 12' 40" EAST 6531 FEET; (10) THENCE NORTH 10°
10' 10" WEST 1209 FEET TO MD. RTE. 343; (11) THENCE WITH
MD. RTE, 343, SOUTH 74° 23' 20" EAST 2118 FEET TO THE
INTERSECTION OF WASHINGTON STREET AND LEONARDS LANE;
[ (9) ] (12) thence Northeasterly with the center of
Leonards Lane to the Northeast side of Park Lane: [ (10) ]
(13) thence along the Northeast side of Park Lane to the
West corner of the Baseball Park: [(11)] (14) thence
along the Northwest side of the Baseball Park to the
North corner of the same: [(12)] (15) thence along the
Northeast side of said Baseball Park to the East corner
of same: [ (13) ] (16) thence along a line which is the
Southeast side of the Baseball Park extended in a
Northeastward direction to the point of intersection with
