MUNICIPAL CHARTERS
County of 1970 and as amended by Amendment Number 9 to
said Charter, by adding or annexing to said corporate
boundaries the following area adjoining the present
corporate boundary, to—wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the
northwesternmost corner of the present corporate
boundary of the Town of Boonsboro; said iron pipe
also being the corner of Lots 92 and 93 of the
recorded plat of Graystone Hills, Section "C" of
record at Plat Folio 361—B among the Washington
County Plat Records, and running thence with the
lines of the present corporate boundary, with
bearings adjusted to agree with the aforementioned
plat, five courses, contiguous with the lines of
Graystone Hills South 25° 57' East 110.00 feet to an
iron pipe, thence South 22° 26' 33" East 310.58 feet
to an iron pipe, thence South 25° 57' 00" East
330.23 feet to an iron pipe, thence South 25° 29'
06" East 296.77 feet to an iron pipe, thence North
64° 30' 44" East 319.00 feet to an iron pipe, thence
with the South 21° 57' East 568.47 foot line of said
corporate boundary South 21° 22' 13" East 568.47
feet to an iron pipe, thence with the South 6° 30'
East 296.00 foot line of said boundary South 05° 55'
13" East 296.00 feet to an iron pipe, thence with a
part of the South 16° 43' 18" East 1190.28 plus or
minus line of said boundary South 16° 8' 31" East
241.4 feet to an iron pipe at the point where said
line would intersect with the southern marginal line
of Stouffer Avenue Extended, thence extending said
marginal line to establish the new corporate limits
South 64° 11' 01" West 399.62 feet to an iron pipe,
thence across the Kenneth Kerns tract to establish
the new western corporate limit, two courses, North
25° 48' 59" West 1086.42 feet to an iron pipe,
thence North 25° 48' 59" West 1879.75 feet to an
iron pipe in the existing fence line on the Northern
boundary of Kenneth Kerns Tract, thence with said
northern boundary line and the existing fence line
North 79° 41' 21" East 1111.03 feet to a stake at
the fence corner, thence with a portion of the John
Flooks' eastern boundary and extending said line
across a portion of his property North 24° 48' 09"
West 1246.49 feet to an iron pipe, where said line
would intersect the southern marginal line of
Maryland Route 68, thence with said marginal line 15
feet perpendicularly distant from the centerline of
Maryland Route 68, South 88° 17' 55" East 165.04
feet to an iron pipe where said south marginal line
would intersect with the west marginal line of U.S.
Route 40A, thence crossing Maryland Route 68, and
running with the west marginal line of U.S. Route
40A North 24° 51' 21" West 78.67 feet to an iron
