MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

(4)    Not be addicted to the use of drugs or
intoxicating liquors.

(5)    Hold a Maryland State Chauffeur's License and
have resided in Maryland for one month prior to making
application.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ORDAINED,
AND ENACTED that this Resolution shall become effective
fifty (50) days from the date of enactment hereof on the
19th day of June, 1973, and that a copy of this
Resolution be published in at least one weekly newspaper
of general circulation not less than four (4) times at
weekly intervals within the period of at least forty (40)
days after the adoption of this Resolution, subject to
petition for referendum as provided by law.

RESOLUTION HO. 201
CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1972-3

Resolution of The Commissioners of Aberdeen adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article IX E of the
Constitution of Maryland and of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), titled
"Corporations — Municipal" to amend the charter of The
Commissioners of Aberdeen by adding new Section 30A to
the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford County (1965
Edition), said code being Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, and containing, in whole
or in part, the Charter of The Commissioners of Aberdeen,
providing The Commissioners of Aberdeen with the power
and authority to establish a special and lower municipal
tax rate for real property not conveniently serviced by
either the Town's sewage service or the Town's water
supply system.

SECTION 1. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF
ABERDEEN that the Charter of said municipal corporation
be and the same is hereby amended by adding new Section
30A to the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford County
(1965 Edition), said Code being Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, being a part of the
Charter of The Commissioners of Aberdeen, to read as
follows:

30A. IF NEITHER TOWN SEWERAGE SERVICE NOR TOWN
WATER SUPPLY IS CONVENIENTLY AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTIAL,
COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL OR AGRICULTURAL LAND, THE
