computer operations and technical support are hereby
assigned to and consolidated with the Baltimore Data
Center, Department of Budget and Fiscal Planning.
Twenty—six data processing positions in computer
operations and technical support job classifications
shall be transferred from the Department of
Employment and Social Services to the Baltimore Data
Center effective July 1, 1974. Data processing and
related equipment shall be transferred from the
Department of Employment and Social Services to the
Baltimore Data Center on July 1, 1974. The
positions and equipment to be transferred shall be
determined by the Secretary of Budget and Fiscal
Planning.
