Maryland.

(b)    Gasoline sales to an

registration plates from a jurisdiction which
has not entered into a reciprocal agreement
with the State of Maryland may be made on both
odd and even numbered days, but shall be
limited to a maximum of eight gallons per
purchase.

3.     No sale of gasoline shall be made
for less than three dollars except (a) for a
vehicle of four cylinders or less, for which
the minimum sale shall be two dollars; or (b)

insufficient allocation of gasoline, has
itself established a uniform policy,
prominently displayed, of maximum sales of
less than the minima provided herein, in which
event, the service station's uniform policy
shall apply.
