with the requirements of this Order,
including all records with respect to
the products and items subject to this
Order which, by any other applicable
law, order, rule, or regulation, are
required to be kept by that person for
the purpose of demonstrating compliance
with any maximum price provisions of
that law, order, rule, or regulation.
6. The State Energy Policy Office shall
assist and advise State and local law
enforcement agencies in their
enforcement and monitoring of the
requirements of this Order. All
violations of this Order discovered by
or reported to the State Energy Policy
Office shall be reported to an
appropriate State or local law
enforcement agency for investigation and
such other action as nay be appropriate
under the circumstances.
5. Unless otherwise provided by law, all
trade secrets or other confidential
information which are obtained by any
person authorized to enforce this Order
from records required to be made
available for inspection by this Order
shall be treated so as to preserve their
confidentiality, but such information
may be disclosed to other authorized
persons for the purposes of enforcing
this Order and its objectives.
6* As used in this Order, the word "person"
includes any natural person,
corporation, partnership, trust,
unincorporated association, and any
other organization, entity, and
enterprise.
7. Any violation of this Order shall be
punishable as a misdemeanor and shall
subject the offender to a fine of not
more than one hundred dollars ($100.00)
or not more than sixty days
incarceration, or both, upon conviction
thereof.
